Amelia Unveils Its First Sustainability Report
At Amelia, we are proud to announce a significant milestone in our journey: the publication of our very first Sustainability Report covering 2024. This publicly available document not only leverages our past actions; it marks the beginning of a new era, that of the formalization of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy through our HORIZON2027 program.

A Formalized and Ambitious CSR Strategy
Since our creation, passion and agility have been at the heart of Amelia’s DNA. Today, we are embedding these values in a sustainable development approach, fully shared with our teams and partners. The HORIZON2027 program is the fruit of this collective reflection, defining clear orientations and ambitious objectives for the coming years.

Our strategy is structured around three fundamental pillars:

Sustainable Development (Environment): We are committed to significantly reducing our environmental footprint. This involves evolving our fleet towards more energy-efficient aircraft, optimizing our air and ground operations (notably through projects like DECOR and avoidance of contrails), and a massive investment in Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF). In 2024, SAF represented 3.6% of our total fuel consumption, a commitment well beyond regulatory requirements. Our objective is clear: to reduce our CO2 emissions per seat-kilometer by 40% by 2027 compared to 2019.

Collective Development (Social): Our employees represent a unique asset. We are committed to valuing their skills, ensuring their well-being and safety, and attracting tomorrow’s talent. In 2024, we welcomed 126 new employees and provided hundreds of hours of training. We also signed an agreement on professional equality between women and men for 2025-2028. We achieved an operational regularity rate of 97%, a testament to the reliability of our operations in complex markets.

Responsible Development (Governance): Transparency, ethics, and compliance are the pillars of our governance. We are strengthening our CSR commitment by integrating it into our individual and collective objectives, and we ensure 100% of our employees are aware of corruption and cybersecurity risks by 2027. Our Responsible Supplier Relations and Purchasing Charter, available in the report’s appendix, also formalizes our expectations for responsible practices.
