Norwegian is expanding further into the Swedish and UK markets with its 2026 summer schedule, with a total of over 300 routes to 120 destinations across Europe planned for the March to October period.

“In our summer 2026 schedule, we’ve increased capacity and expanded our offering to the Nordic region, giving both leisure and business travellers even more choice,” said Magnus Thome Maursund, Chief Commercial Officer at Norwegian.

The new season will see flights from London Gatwick, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Newcastle to a range of European destinations, including Helsinki, Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen, and Stavanger.

For Sweden, passengers will enjoy flights from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to Milan and Hamburg four times a week, as well as a route between Göteborg Landvetter and Tirana once a week.

“There is strong confidence and strong interest in the Swedish market and Norwegian’s investment in direct routes from both Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Göteborg Landvetter Airport is a clear sign of this,” commented Elizabeth Axtelius, Director Aviation Business at Swedavia. “Swedavia’s main mission is to enable people to meet, whether for business or pleasure, and with its extensive network, Norwegian plays an important role in connecting Sweden with the rest of Europe.”

“We look forward to welcoming travelers on board to the new destinations, which starts up during the 2026 summer programme,” added Charlotte Holmbergh, Director of Communications at Norwegian. “We are pleased to be able to continue to launch new destinations and therefore be able to offer a large, wide and varied range of routes. In Sweden, Norwegian will operate more than 60 routes to over 50 destinations next summer.”
