Great news for Snoopy fans! STARLUX Airlines officially announced today (27th) that following the overwhelming success of last year’s PEANUTS™ collaboration flight, a brand-new series will launch from May 28 to December 31. This exciting experience will bring passengers even more surprises! The flight will feature brand-new PEANUTS™ -themed boarding passes, luggage tags, in-flight screens, napkins, cups, and more. Additionally, exclusive co-branded merchandise will be gradually introduced, inviting passengers to embark on a cosmic journey with Snoopy.
Originating from the 1950 comic strip PEANUTS™, it is its 75th birthday this year. As the airline partner for PEANUTS™, STARLUX Airlines is once again announcing the collaboration flight, expanding the flights from Asia to global routes (excluding flights departing from Los Angeles and Ontario). Taking the collaboration to new heights, this year’s theme evolves from last year’s “Sky Adventure” to an interstellar journey—“Snoopy is Shooting for the Stars.” This concept sets higher goals and dreams for the ever-imaginative Snoopy, who dons an astronaut helmet, leaps into the galaxy, and leads fans on an inspiring journey to chase their dreams.
STARLUX Airlines stated that the first-ever PEANUTS™ flight in 2024 created a sensation upon its launch. The adorable comic characters dressed in STARLUX uniforms appeared on various in-flight items, sparking enthusiastic reactions. The five-month limited-time flights not only captivated passengers in Taiwan but also attracted a significant number of international travelers. To respond to the overwhelming enthusiasm, the Snoopy-themed flights will make a grand return this year with over 10 redesigned themed amenities. From the moment passengers check in, they will step into the world of PEANUTS™ and embark on a cosmic adventure with Snoopy. This year, the themed flights will cover even more routes, with an extended duration of seven months, running from early summer until the end of 2025, allowing more travelers to experience the timeless charm of Snoopy.
This year’s themed items differ from last year’s colorful aviation design, adopting cosmic blue and starlight gold as the primary colors, blending an interstellar theme with an adventurous spirit. The boarding passes will come in four collectible designs.
Additionally, to cater to young travelers, STARLUX Airlines will launch a special summer children’s toy pack! This fluffy Snoopy-themed kit will include a telescope, a handkerchief, and a card game set, available for a limited time to keep children entertained during flights. The outer bag can also be used as a small travel pouch, ensuring Snoopy accompanies young passengers throughout the journey. Additionally, STARLUX Airlines and PEANUTS™ co-branded merchandise, a must-have for collectors, will be released starting in May. These items will be available through in-flight duty-free sales, STARLUX’s official online store, as well as at 7-Eleven and PEANUTS™ pop-up stores in Taiwan. Stay tuned for more exciting releases!
