Atlantic Aviation has completed construction of a new FBO terminal, hangar and fuel farm at Napa County Airport (APC) in California.

The development, first announced in 2024, includes a 9,500sq ft (883sq m) executive terminal, a 39,000sq ft (3,623sq m) hangar and 3,100sq ft (288sq m) of shop and office space. A new fuel farm provides capacity for 40,000 gallons of Jet A and 10,000 gallons of 100LL.

The facility incorporates sustainability features including approximately 2,000sq ft of solar panels, recycled-content building materials, energy-efficient lighting, bio-retention stormwater systems, native landscaping, water-conserving plumbing, reflective roofing and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.

“This project represents far more than a new building, it is an investment in the overall experience of flying into Napa Valley,” said Jeff Foland, CEO of Atlantic Aviation. “We designed this facility to deliver the exceptional service, comfort and operational reliability our customers expect.”

The project was designed by JRMA Architects & Engineers, built by Centrex Construction and includes fuel farm work by American Environmental Aviation.

Atlantic Aviation operates more than 105 FBO locations across North America.
